Fungus on Sigma 24-70 EX DG

All,
does anyone have any instructions on how to remove the rear lens assembly/barrel so that I can clean the fungus which seems to have appeared 'overnight'?
I took off the mounting ring, looked at the insides of the lens and thought, "hmmm, better not attempt this without some form of instructions".
I would really appreciate any help.

to the return to Sigma for cleaning too. £90 for the cleaning or £xxx for a new lens? Your choice!
