Fujifilm X-E4 Camera With XF 27mm Lens

Having moved from Nikon, I now have several Fuji cameras and lenses and have been very happy with the brand. I have just got this X-E4 kit and so far I am reasonably happy with it, except for the annoying penny-pinching decision by some Fuji Einstein not to include the small lens hood.
Yes, it is available to purchase separately for £9.99 but guess what? You got it, it is not currently available in the UK!

They say you should not sweat the small stuff but this is just so irritating! Customer 0-Fuji beancounters 1, good win Fuji, you certainly know how to keep customers onside. Drrrrr!

You can get a metal screw in lens hood with lens cap for about a fiver of evil bay.
Personally i don't bother on mine, the lens cap is a bit useless , mine kept dropping off, so I just bought a UV filter and leave that on all the time.

Thanks for that Chris, just bought hood and cap for £5.95 arriving Saturday! I have already put a UV filter on mine so the lens is protected. I do like my filters/hoods etc! Have done some comparison shots with my trusty X100T and the X-E4 scrubs up pretty well, although I preferred the layout of the X-E3. Hey-ho, new kit to play with, happy days!
