Yes
I will shortly (when the stock arrives) will be changing my Canon 5D mark for a Fujifilm X-T4 camera. I have some Canon lens, is it possible to use an adaptor for fitting the Canon EF lens to this Fujifilm camera.

Yes, and the best one to look for is the fringer pro, either mk1 or II. You can sometimes find the mk1 for about £150 used, a few went in classified here a while back for that, otherwise expect to pay £250 or more for a new mkII [worth it if you have a bunch of Canon lenses I would say, for the price of a cheap prime you get to use all your old lenses and continue with the option of more Canon lenses

I used the mk1 on the X-H1 with a few Canon lenses and they worked really well. You get AF and all data, it was updated a lot and improved each time so if you do get one make sure to do just that, update it's FW

I also use a Fringer and have been impressed. It's very useful for some lenses that either aren't available on Fuji or are ridiculously expensive. There's a list of compatible lenses here:
You do need to have a lens on this list - I tried "equivalent" lenses (e.g. a sigma macro that was same focal length and general model, but version 1 instead of the version 2 listed) and they worked but were unwieldy and borderline useless. Lenses on the list have been fine.
