I've always understood that, if there is sufficient light, use the lowest ISO your camera is capable of. My Fuji XT3 has a "Native" ISO of 160, but can go down to 125, 100 and 80, with the letter "L" displayed alongside those numbers. Could anybody explain to me the pro's and con's of using those lower ISO values given they're not "Native" to the camera?

Thanks for any advice in anticipation.

Pete.
