Fuji OCF Help

I asked a question the other day about OCF on a Fuji XT-1 and thanks to the input and advice I received I have splashed out oodles of dosh on these

They will arrive on Monday but I cannot find out what Flash mode I set on the camera
I have a choice of
TTL
Manual
Commander
Any help will be much appreciated

You won't need to set any mode on the camera as far as I am aware.
These are manual triggers so all settings will be done on the flash itself.
The transmitter is single pin only so all it does is pick up a signal from the camera to tell the receiver to activate the flash.

Start with the i40 on 1/2 power & set the camera in manual, 125th & lens @ f8, and go from there. Have you got anything to diffuse the flash?

Thanks for that, yes I can knock up some form of diffuser, might be a tissue and a rubber band but it will be a start.
Just had notification that its arriving today so I should have a fun ( or frustrating) afternoon.
Do I ignore the flash setting on the camera ?
I ask because the instructions will probably be translated from the Chinese and could well say plug in the TV aerial !

Check that any red eye reduction is turned off in the camera's menu.
