Fuji 50mm f/2

A bit of advice please from anyone who owns one of these.
I currently have a Fuji 60mm macro which I cannot get on with , basically I am not into macro and prefer close ups of flowers and objects in that area that and the 60mm is a bit pedestrian in terms of focus speed
I am thinking of selling that and the associated extension tubes and getting the 50mm or the 90mm , I am not prepared to spend the money on the 50mm f 1.0 or the 56mm f1.2 .
I am looking for a fast focussing , sharp lens for an XT-1 and XE-2 for close ups , shots of the grandkids and general indoors use in places where photography is allowed but no flash , like NT properties , exhibitions etc.
Fuji have both refurbished at good prices , I am thinking I will be better with the 50mm but any thoughts before I buy.

For occasional close up pictures like the odd flower shot maybe have a look at close up filters. I have some and often take one with me for flower and detail close up pictures.
