we have a government that doesn;t listen to the people it was elected to represent

is some 'dear gordon' petition going to have any effect whatsoever

Even if the government does listen, it will probably reduce the tax by about 0.001p or something stupid..

But even so..ive signed it..theres always the slim chance that the government might actually read it..
