So I just moved into a new house and it has a satellite dish. So i bought a Freesat box off Amazon to use rather than the TV aerial which doesn't seem to tune too well.
Problem is, the Freesat box has 1 satellite input but the dish has two connectors. I've tried both in the box, it tunes to the point where I can see all the channels in the guide, but I get a no signal error when trying to view any of them.
Is the Freesat box just incompatible and I need to get one with two inputs?
*Edit* turns out I have a sky q dish which is incompatible with this box. Ah well
