lol no wonder us newbies are killing the pro photography market.

I've got a job next week where I'm photographing 9 bedrooms for £100. They get to see the shots if they are no good or they don't like them then they don't pay a bean.

Likewise me and a friend did 6 apartments, a guest house and a B&B for £350.

All the photos where for websites and the clients are given the uber quality JPG's on CD with the rights to do whatever they want with them.
 
Its a very very good guide. Don't be afraid to use it when quoting prices to people. When they go "omg wtf" just tell them its the going rate, as it is :) Having properly done my sums now I am confident in my estimations. If people don't like it I can be kind and chop of 10%, no more.
 
tbh my clients are small businesses and could never afford a pro. They use me because I don't charge those kinds of prices. Then again I'm very far from a pro so that's probably fair enough.

However my prices are only 8% of the pro rates quoted in that link! think I'm maybe undercutting a bit too much :)
