Are there any Free Android Photo Editing Apps for tablets, that can Recognize RAW Files ?

I am considering getting an android tablet after being impressed by the other halfs' but I am not going to pay £6.99 for the photoshop app, which has hundreds of bad and poor reviews...

There are a few free ones which will show/extract the embedded JPEG preview from a RAW file but the only apps I know of that actually read the RAW data are Photo Mate R2 and RAW Decoder.
