France.......Vendee region. Any ideas?

Off on holiday soon to the Vendee region. Any suggestions of places that I must visit?

or ones to avoid for that matter!!

Its a few years ago since we visited, lots of great places cant remember names, sorry, lovely craggy coast line lots of fishing villages,
small villages with rivers running through them, one of the towns is famous for artists, the light is stunning. You will love it, we did.

Les Sables D'Olonne was pretty picturesque about 15 years ago but might have changed by now. If there's a storm there's a place called the Puit D'Enfer (or something like that) which gets wonderful waves and spray. Hope you enjoy it there, we did.
