Storks are back and Knepp and nesting, this pair have 2 eggs so far.
It's a tad muddy over there atm but I will go over some time soon as it's only 10 mins down the road from me

Good to see them. I couldn't work out what they appeared to be trying to eat/peck at.

It;s regurgitated food that the parent brings back to nest
 
The chicks(if that is the right word for somethings that are so big) are looking good and close to flying, if they haven't already.

I know little birds disperse once they leave the nest but I don't know if the storks will keep coming back to the nest for a while.

They do look as if they are thinking, "What do we do now?"

Shouldn't be long now, although they still will hang around for a while for the parents to feed them

They currently have fourteen inhabited nest on the estate, so fingers crossed for another successful year
