Probably not for all but I had been looking for TNF parka or triclimate for a while and when I came across a McMurdo Parka for £90 off the retail price of £249 I had to pick it up and thought there might be a few fellow members who may want to pick up one of the warmest coats available for sitting out in the cold snapping away?

Anyway here is the link to the parka for £209.99 (reduced by £40) and then add the following code voucher50 to the basket and hey presto another £50 off bringing the total price to £159 plus postage of your choice, hope it helps someone?

Oh and be careful of the sizing if you haven't tried one on before you buy online as these coats are HUGE!!! I bought a L thinking it might be a bit on the small side as I am 6'2" but had to exchange it for a M as it drowned me!!!!!

are these the really really really thick jackets? i remember trying one on a year ago in a blacks and it was more like a walking sleeping bag, i felt like a Michelin man, seriously it was north pole stuff, but on the photo this looks thinner and less bulky more like i need

The Large one was like wearing a duvet (on me anyway!!!!) but having changed for the M it is far more 'normal' yet still feels unbelievably warm. I have seen reviews of people wearing it in -30 degrees so I guess it will certainly keep the chill off :D
