Thanks to each and everyone who's helped me along the way, you f&c guys are awesome. I've been blown away by just how helpful and knowledgeable you guys are and I've learnt so much, for which I am grateful.

Film gave new life to my photography but it's still not enough to keep me going. I have a love/hate relationship with photography, it's my passion, but also my biggest frustration. I know when enough's enough.

See you in the "for sale" section shortly lol

Keep an oly trip and a roll of xp2+ just in case you get the urge! ;)

It's a shame you are giving up, especially as you take such good photos but if it is driving you that crazy then do as you see fit. If you ever get the itch again you know where to find us!
 
A massive shame, but you know yourself and your stance with photography best. Best wishes Danny, you've been a great contributor to F&C. The best contributors in fora are often the people asking the questions that create excellent threads.
 
A shame indeed, it was great to see a film shooter who's results consistently bettered digital in every way, it's your choice however. F&C are going to miss you :(

That's a real shame Danny but there's no point if you're not enjoying it. We'll miss your enthusiasm and excellent photography and I hope you'll be back sometime soon.

Huh how can someone say farewell...h'mm so you wont be taking any more shots with any camera even at weddings or parties etc....even if you didn't have a camera you could still join in conversations now and again h'mmm strange.
 
Can only echo what's already been said Danny........maybe one day you'll have the urge to dabble with film again.....you know where to post them shots if you do!!

Man up you big jessy, nobody likes a quitter!:p Unless you're living on Tesco value beans just put the gear in the back of the cupboard, don't sell it.

You're one of the only people whose portraiture I like looking at around these parts, don't make me keep opening the show us yer film shots thread to look at another poxy landscape or derelict high street.
