Folio albums only for pros?

I'm guessing they're expensive but so are lenses and I'm not a pro, I only looked for maybe 10 minutes but the lay flat seamless page seems pretty good and the canvas bag looks nice too but I'm not allowed to have one because it's only my hobby...

I was planning on ordering some albums of my daughters first couple of years but it looks like I'll have to go with loxley instead, ive tried aperture books before and wasn't that impressed

I haven't ordered anything yet so if anyone knows of an alternative to folio it'd be appreciated or if the lifestyle albums are any good from loxley

because thats the amrket they want? Another option besides Loxley (who also claim to be pro only, but in reallity you'll have no problems buying from them) is to find someone how use folio and get them to do an album for you from your photos

Just seems a bit restrictive and yeah but then I'd have to pay someone to do it when I would enjoy setting it out myself too

If you want a price, then let me know which one you're interested in and I'll look up the price. You can design your layout on photoshop with a template and as long as there's nothing in their Ts and Cs to stop me from doing it (I'll have to double check) then you could order one through me.

A very nice offer, thank you very much but I will stick to the loxley one I have already started, they're both 8x8, maybe next year when the 2-3 photos are edited I will get in touch, I was hoping to keep every album the same but I doubt loxley (or any printer) will make the same album for the next 18 or so years so I will go for a different one each year but thank you again and you might see this thread pop up in a years time haha
