Foggy lens

Hi Guys

I was out last night with the camera and it seemed to fog over so I switched to my tamron 70-300 and I didn't have any problems with that.

Is there anyway to stop it happening ? I'm thinking of trying that stuff you can get for helmet visors to stop the fogging up.

Hi Ben, not sure where you had the Tamron lens stored but it might have been at a cooler temperature than the one you had on the camera, which caused it not to fog up. If any of the equipment is warmer than the outside temp then this will sometimes happen untill it ballances out. Again not sure but it could have been the camera itself and by the time you had noticed it and changed the lens the fogging could have cleared on its own :shrug:
