Do focus confirm adaptors exist for manual Canon EOS fit lenses?

I was thinking of getting a Samyang 85mm for a Canon DSLR. I already have a chipped adapter for M42....so possibly a Canon EOS to M42 then M42 to EOS chipped combination could work?

I have a Pentax K-Mount to EOS focus confirm adapter, so why not get the lens in Pentax mount?
 
I was thinking of getting an AF confirm adapter for my 600D. Made by XSOURCE, & disp/sold by ukprostore. Are they OK? At £9.99 post free, can they be. Help appreciated.
