Flowers - an open thread.

this bush is in our front garden and every year it gets bigger and always seems to be in flower..the bees love it so we are hesitant about doing any cutting and shaping.... can anyone let us know the name of the bush and what attention it needs and when...dont want to do it any harm its so nice...
