Flower ID help?

The first is called Rudbeckia 'Prairie Sun'. My Grandma has grown it a few times and we grew it a few years ago for a display at the RHS Tatton Park show but I'll admit i had to look up the variety as the name had escaped me. :LOL:

in fact having now looked up that general type it has also helped me identify some other unknowns! Quite a few distinct looking varieties.

Do you think the second picture is also a Rudbeckia of some kind?
I could not find one that looks like that. The drooping petals are very distinct - they were all like that so it is by design not that they are dying!
