Flashgun reccomendation for Mamiya 645 1000s

Hi all,

I'm after a flash that I can use with my old mamiya 645, needs to have a PC sync cable port and ideally auto and manual controls, been looking at something like the vivitar 283, does anyone know of any nice ones?

Quite a few of the cheaper flashes (Yongyou, Nissin etc.) popping up have PC syncs and manual controls. The Lighting Rumours blog often has reviews of them.

Metz 45 hammerhead. Take it back to the old school haha. Or the older SB's like said above
