flash to accompany 580mk2

currently i have a 580mk2 and an old starblitz 3300dts.

ive been trying to get more into flash work and today while playing around with lightboxes and brolleys i noticed how tat the starblitz is (under powered, slow recycle and confusing adjustment etc).

so im after a 2nd flash to sit alongside the 580mk2, not necessarily canon as i hear good things about yongnuo?

question, where the hell can you get yongnuos from? only place ive found is ebay from HK?

edit - ah amazon but theyre not stated as yongnuo

I got my two from Cotswold photo, via e-bay, but they're UK based.

Small bits like - ETTL

I've got some 580exiis and also some YN560s.

The 560s are very good (and cheap) - and I find them easy to use than the 580s.

e.g. recycle beep (excellent) and illuminated power / zoom display.

for a fraction of the price of canon flashes it does seem very good value for money!

Agree mate. I've been out using mine tonight. They are that good that when I reach into my camera bag, I use which ever gun I come across first, yn560 or 580ex.
