Flash re-location?

Just wondered where I can pick up one of those things that enable the flash to be on the side of the camera - so that when shooting portrait the flash is on top of the camera instead of coming from the side - seem to be alot of papparazi with them??

excellent thanks mate - would the one on the 2nd link require remote flash triggers? if so its not a problem as i have them anyway
