Flash cable? Help please!

Hey,

V.quick question what kind of cable do I need to connect my RF-602 trigger to my 580ex2?

Found out when using an Ezybox Softbox the trigger sits awkward and I can't get the flash as close as I need to without turning the head (which sets zoom to 14mm.. and makes controls impossible to get to). Guessing getting a cable and velcroing it to my flash will fix the problem.

Cheers, I meant receiver! Cables came with them but I lost them so will check it out ta.
 
That's all I tend to use mine for.

Amazing, i'll get one of those cables too :) Annoying I lost the supplied ones! Does it work just like I described?
 
yeah.. just plug the cable into the remote port on the camera and press the button on the transmitter ... click :)

You don't have to mount the receiver on the camera though. You can if you want, but I sometimes stick mine to the tripod head with some velcro so I can still use the popup as a commander for other OCF's
 
OK great, i'd never need to do that but good nonetheless. Annoying it won't me pay now on their shop, some problem or other. Hopefully they'll sort it!
 
I use a 5dmk2 so not possible! Eventually i'll probably end up with some kind of HSS system (waiting for Phottix as i'm too stingy for RP/PW's) as well though so maybe then.
