Just arrived today and had a play around with it in the house. Seems like a fair enough piece of kit for putting your flash in a better place and retaining TTL functions etc. Versatile, sturdy enough and cheap as chips.
(I already have a cold shoe and hot shoe sync cable which you would need to use with it but neither of these a fortune either)
