Fixing dogs devils eyes

Is there an easy way to fix animals eyes affected by flash.

Yes. very easy, and there is a number of ways to do it. Probably thr easiest way is just clone out the green, then put in a small catch light.
I tried this method on your shot and it took about 30 seconds.Hope this helps.

Paint Shop Pro's red eye tool has some presets for animals for exactly this kind of thing
