Mark, that's a darn nice set! No 1 is stunning, no 3 is very good as well, actually so is no 4... you must be pretty pleased.

Mark, that is a really great set, the first is an absolute stunner, the angry dark sky with the bright buildings, just excellent. Looks like you are getting your money's worth from that setup!

Thanks (though I'm upset that you don't like #2 Chris! ;) ). Actually that one is my favourite, but only because it's the nicest shot I've ever got of a rather camera shy good friend :)

#1 shows the benefit of film for someone like me, I think. if I'd been using my DSLR I'm not sure id have been patient enough to wait for the sun to come through onto the lighthouse as it did. I'd have shot a few frames, and moved on I think. Film, limited to 24 shots as I was, felt too precious to do that, even though it was only £1 Poundland stuff!

Really good set, the lighthouse is a cracker.

#1 and #4 are really good shots,a little to much highlights on #1,but,never the less, brilliant.

Yep gotta agree No1 is a cracker.

Very much like the composition of No4 too

Thanks everyone, I'm really glad you like them :)

You, the camera and film are getting along very well together. Nice work.

All very good shots and the camera seems to have got the exposure right, also like the "pop" in #2. My AF Sigma 70-210 gives good results as well but yours is UL and mine is UC...do you know what the difference is?

Thanks Ron :)

Brian, my mistake, it IS a UC! I like it a lot, and am going to give it a go on my DSLR too.

Thanks Paul :)
