Yes
I bought a Pentex ME Super and Nikon L35AF for my start of film photography. shot 2 films but when i tried to rewinded the film in pentex, something was wrong, as the film number indicator didn't move and i was stuck. then i just opened film back, all the film had already winded into the canister so i guessed i didn't load it properly........

anyway, i still post it out to process, got the result today, same as i thought that the pentex one has no image at all.

so now i only can share the Nikon one with poor scan res and poor shots, hope you won't mind..........

When you say it was stuck, do you mean that the lever wouldn't turn? If so there's usually a button on the bottom of the camera you need to press so you can rewind. I've never used Pentax so someone else might be able to give better informed advice than me.

My guess is that you didn't load it properly or it slipped out, meaning that you'd be winding on but the film wouldn't be moving. When you're loading film it's best to advance a couple of frames with the back open just to be sure it's caught on.

sorry i meant i was stuck with the situation. i have pressed the button at the bottom of the camera and i sure it was my stupidity again that i didn't load the film properly. husband kept laughing at me.............

Judging by the images i think the reason the images are soft are down to the quality of the lenses you are using and also user error.

The last one is just out of focus, the first and second look ok to me, but would be interesting to know what lens you were using.

I recently started shooting film for the first time and got 3 rolls of Kodacolour (the stuff you can buy for £1 in poundland) processed and was pretty pleased with the results i got out of it.

The first one of these three is an OM2N with 50mm 1.4, the other two are from a Canon FX with Sigma 80-200 (which is supposed to be a really bad lens so I am pleasantly suprised)
