In the video he guessed it was HDR. I can see why thought that, but it's not. It was one exposure using a .9 Hitech Hard Grad.

I'd over-gradded it as I have an unfortunate tendency to do so in PP I has to lift the shadows a bit so that the grad line wasn't so obvious. I lowered the highlights in the sky a bit and raised the saturation a notch too but that's pretty much it :)
