South-East England Fireworks display next to lake/river near Surrey or Hampshire

Hello fellow photographers,

I know its quite a typical shot to take of fireworks, but i'd quite like to get a shot of fireworks in the sky with reflections on the water.

Obviously the Thames would be ideal, but I don't really want to have to travel into busy London so that's pretty much last resort..

Any suggestions?
 
It's been YEARS since I've been to it, but there's usually a fireworks display at Wellington Country Park (on the A33 between Reading and Basingstoke) and there's a lake there. I'm not sure if it's possible to position yourself to get what you're after but it's somewhere to consider.
 
Ahh yes! I've heard of that place but haven't been there.. It's not too far at all! Definitely one to consider!

Oh no! Just checked their website and they won't be hosting fireworks this year.. :(
