Fine art black and white printing

I am looking for an online printer that will print some really top quality black and white stuff.

I want to do some photo noir images and have a local framer that can do the frames and mounts.

I am not looking for a debate on wether giclee is just posh inkjet or not

I have an account with Loxley and have used DSCL who are excellent. Neither seem to do what I want.

I am after really deep blacks on fine art paper. For those of you who can look at it I am trying to do what Kenny Martin spoke about on Photo Training 4 u.

He uses Cane Siver rag paper to achieve an effect almost like a bromide print.

Printing black and white to this quality and large size at home is not an option.

I've used Ilford on-line a couple of times and been happy with the results.

I didn't even think about Ilford having a lab :bang:

They also list other pro labs by distance from your postcode. I've now found 1 in Stockport and 1 in Warrington that seem worth a look.

how big a print do you want?

Possibly up to 24 x 16. With some smaller ones as well.
