Can anyone advise me on some good sites / software for finding people ?

Please note - this includes people who may not want to be found.

ive already tried looking for osama bin laden. hes not on myspace, bebo or facebook.

Yup, 192 (which is a pay service), or b4usearch, but that went down for 'upgrade' sometime last year, and hasn't been seen since :(
 
Seem to remember some bloke taking his council to court about his data on b4u...... That might have something to do with it. Forgot 192 was pay as well. Haven't had to use it for ages. I did have a couple of others somewhere but having a but of a bad memory day.
Using the phone browser at the moment so I'll have a trawl through my old bookmarks when I dig out the laptop.
