Finally after 65 years I’ve don’t it.

Crumbs :( ..........................nothing too serious I hope & GWS..................TP needs all of its members in good health, so no skiving ;)

You have my sympathy, get well soon and let me know if you need busting out and I'll do my best ;)

Took me 73 years , two years ago now bar a few days ,just got to Yorkshire set the caravan up ready to go to bempton and bingo heart failure … shortest holiday I have ever had .. did really well after had a stent fitted lost about three stone over a few months , then bang covid and lockdowns all the good work gone .Sod’s law

I'm impressed. I've seen far too much of the inside of hospitals in my 59 years.....

GWS....

Blimey, I'd doubled that before I started school. :(

I hope it's a short stay. Good luck. (y)

I've just turned 60 and although I've been to hospital twice, once to have a tooth out and once in an ambulance neither involved a stay.

Hope you're free again soon.

GWS.
I was a young 62 year old when I first had to stay in hospital. The main problem was that everyone thought I knew the ropes and were surprised when I kept asking basic questions.

Sorry to read this Paul.

Let none of us get to know hospitals too well.

Yup! Yorkshire will do that to you :sneaky: ;)

To be fair that’s good going. I’m 41 and been in for 5 lots of major surgery over the past 10 years. Hope you escape soon :)

Ended up in hospital for the first time in my life. Hopefully it will be for a short stay and I can get back home.
Those NHS waiting lists just get longer and longer ;) (I hope you'll be out soon - and fighting fit!)

Don't make a habit of it!

Get well properly and as fast as possible.

Thanks guys. Had to wait from 8.30 am until 6.00 pm just to get a bed in the ward. Seems I have an infection in my lower left lung and it bloody well hurts believe you me. Getting bored already sitting around as it is not like me do nothing.
at least the WiFi is decent and it’s free.
