Filters help

Hi all,with simmer just around the corner I'm looking,ing to go to few motor shows and have been told I may need a polarising fits to remove glare which I understand. I would also like to take some long exposures in the day so is. It a nd filter I would need?

I don't want to break the bank to get these filters but would like half decent ones.

Any recommendations to go on my sigma art 24-105 art lens?

that's 82mm thread isn't it?

you need a polariser to remove glare, and a nd will be like sunglasses for your lens, 10stop is the one to go for normaly, but you might need to stack if you wanted todo f4 loooong exposure in bright daylight

b w mrc ones are normally considered the best but are expensive :x
