The theme for August 2020 is Vintage

Entries to be posted in this thread by 23:59 on MONDAY 31st August 2020. A poll will go up for seven days afterwards.

Entries must be SHOT ON FILM, and must be TAKEN ON OR AFTER THE 1st DECEMBER 2019.

The 1950s vintage folly known as the Hermit's Castle in Achmelvich, NW Scotland, shot on the 1950s vintage Ensign Selfix 16-20, Fuji Pro 400H & Filmdev. There are various articles to be found on the web, but I quite like Val's take on it.

In December some friends and I hiked to Nant Rhys Bothy in Wales, and stayed for a night before hiking back the next day. There was an old wood burning stove in the smaller room that kept us warm in the cold evening, and it's pretty vintage! Can't remember the film, but it was taken on the Voigtlander Bessa R3a with 40mm Nokton,

Congratulations @sirch and well done to @Asha @FishyFish for pushing him all the way.
It was a tricky subject and I have to be honest when the theme was chosen it was based on the assumption that we would, as is usual over the summer, be inundated with vintage car and plane festivals and WWII re-enactments.
