Yes have to agree it's cool when there isn't a "them and us" attitude unless there is an issue to be dealt with.....in addition they don't half take some ribbing from us, not that I'm guilty of course :D ( ok ok I admit, I keep em sweet with jaffas!:D)

Quite a surprise to find myself in poll position given the other interpretations on the theme.

Well done to everyone.....was particarly nice to see TheBigYin enter this time...Good on ya Mark....even a rostrum postion of 3rd place!
