Film meet - Le Mans 14th June?

You have to go but I must warn you its addictive. I went one year and have not missed one since! Here are a couple from last year;

And if you need somewhere to stay I can arrange that

Lovely shots, Mark. Maybe we should start planning for next year, it's something I'd like to attend too.

Le Mans film meet :thumbs:

Happy to arrange. It's camping but 500 yards from the circuit and in a pub beer garden. A shower block and decent loos soften the camping experience (I am a reluctant camper!) and there is decent coffee and breakfast in the pub each morning. It's cheaper than F1; a weeks pass is about 70 euros and that gets you a week of practice and racing.

Nick, if you have a tent and can get away early on Wednesday - returning late Sunday night - I have room for one more in my Landy? You would need to be in Canterbury first thing. No charge for the crossing and cheap camping so you just need an entry ticket down there ...........

When I say no charge for the crossing you probably would need to get the first round in!

This is seriously tempting, as you have probably worked out I'm in Edinburgh at the moment but I'll certainly have a look at the diary on Monday and see whether it's feasible.
