We currently have all our road being dug up and they’re laying fibre for FTTP.

Any idea how long after the “dig” the service becomes available?

I think you need to chat with your ISP, as even if Openreach have laid the fibre it AFAIK is up to the ISP to offer/accept orders for it?

Pre- laying the cabling should I would hope make FTTP more budget worthy :thinking:
 
Anything from 2 weeks to 3 years and counting... Just because they do your street/estate/scheme doesn't mean they've done the whole path to the exchange (or that the exchange has had the gear fitted and commissioned)
