Feedpack on lightroom processing

Guys,

I'm trying to improve my post processing of images and would appreciate feedback on this one - everything added in lightroom. Could i have pulled a bit more out of it ?

Do people like to see images with borders...can look a tad more professional imho (although can't polish a turd also applies ) Did some minor adjustment with levels and applied some sharpening and saturation around the eye.

Any feedback greatly appreciated....really hoping to get more organised this year and use a more consistent approach to pp'ing

It all depends on what you want to achieve.

Photography is very subjective, especially any PP work.

I like the image but would prefer a tighter crop from the right.

needs a crop from the right - I quite like the PP though.
