Feedback on new logo?

Thinking of using this as my logo (one or the other depending on the application ):

Any feedback / critique / advice etc. ?

To say it's fairly bland and uninspiring might sound like criticism, but what else can you do with initials in monochrome? However, it's more mature and does the job better than the one on your website which looks more like "OOPS". Most important thing is that its simplicity will not detract from a nice shot if it's added in a corner. Same can't be said for the other one IMO. Hope this doesn't offend.

I like it, is minimal and discreet. The curve in the initials make a good contrast with the font used for the name. You don't want you signature competing with your images for attention, but I think is stylish enough to create a good impression.

I really like the full screen thing.

It looks good, you would not want it to be any more complex, simplicity is the key.

your name might look better in lower case with just the first letters as capitals

No not at all, I did ask for feedback after all

I did think it might be spiced up a bit with a dash of colour, and maybe a very subtle carbon fibre background which I may use on a business card to make it pop more. Will see how it looks.

Agree about the 'oops', sometimes people read it as co-op, which is certinaly not what is intended! This is one of the reasons for changing to "Adam Cooper Photography" and just keeping the URL as coops-photo to keep it short.

Thanks, I might create a slightly different version for an image watermark, with the AC smaller and to the left of the text so it doesn't interfere as you mentioned
