Just purchased a lens from Ffordes and the service was very good.
Got their link from this post.
Great communication. Nothing worse than emailing a company and then having to wait ages for replies. These guys were very responsive. They sent me a series of emails to keep me in the loop.
Lens purchased yesterday and arrived this morning.
Will definitely use them again.

I have used them many times in the past for used filters, always great service and you can sometimes drop on a great bargain in their used section.

Yes I have used them too. Did have a wee problem with a lens repair but in all honesty I do not think the problem was caused by them. They did me proud when the final bill came along too as it had gone way over the original estimate.
 
Have bought with them since forever.. late 70's I think

Great to deal with - and its so weird as they are in the middle of nowhere - upstairs from a tearoom, in a converted church, miles from anywhere just north of Inverness...
