Faulty memory card or faulty reader?

Sandisk Extreme Pro SDHC UHS-I 32GB card. Bought from Amazon in 2012 and my main go-to card.

Last working in May 2019 when I used it to take some photos of the garden.

Tried formatting in camera with and without low level format.

Works fine in camera ie photos are saved. Used in laptop (purchased 2011) and now comes up as Memory stick 15.2MB.

Laptop reads other memory cards eg Sandisk Extreme Pro SDHC U3 without any problems.

Any suggestions?

Do you have another card to try or another reader?
If so might help to narrow down which, if either, has a problem.

Can you plug the camera into the laptop and see if you can see the photos?
