Family group pose ideas

My fiance's 3 children are in their 20s, the middle one (daughter) is off to Australia in another 6 months or so. I've suggested it would be nice to have a group photograph taken before she goes. A bit of practice for me too.

I'm open to suggestions for poses for a group of 4 - mother, son and 2 daughters.

The best idea is to google "family portraits" and to have a look at the numerous examples. You could then create a small scrap book of ideas and try to execute similar poses. That's what I would do..

I know it's a bit 'Girly' but Pinterest is perfect for this type of thing.

I used to create my 'mood boards' as documents in Evernote, so they were available on the ipad, iphone, laptop and PC, but I'm moving over to Pinterest as it's web based and I can easily add to it.
