I got a new 8gb card off amazon seller top electricals but just wondering if its real or fake or is the older one i have fake or is it a new design??

the new one is on the right with the 20 logo thing. in the photo the extreme part looks clear/black but looks shiny/silver in person.

The image on the Sandisk site shows the 20 logo.

And also without, so there must have been a redesign.

But the 20 logo only seems to appear on the 64GB card if you check all the images.

On the sandisk site

"Video Performance Guarantee (VPG)†† , allowing superior Full HD video performance with minimum sustained write speed of 20MB/sec in 64GB capacity only."

So the 20 logo should not appear on the smaller cards.

Unfortunately a bit of a pointer towards counterfeit then.

IF you need to be 100% sure your not buying fake sandisk cards, then buy Lexar instead :)

Spoken to sandisk on the live chat and sent the photos in had reply back saying its a newer released card and are authentic

just strange how not updated the website but has also just seen photo on uk site for 32gb with the 20 logo on it
 
That's a useful link. Almost as cheap as ebay but with peace of mind :)
