Failing to photograph the Flying Scotsman on the first attempt

My first attempt at photographing the Flying Scotsman on its way to Worcester a couple of weeks back didn't quite work. My Flying Scotsman Fail was down to choice of focal length being too short and and I was positioned too far away from the rail tracks thus making the main subject of my image very small and difficult to see in the resulting image.

Thankfully I managed to get a second chance a little later, the following little 5 min video captures the moment. I hope you enjoy.

Good work, don't be too hard on yourself over the first shot, makes a change to see something different, for me it works well.
