That doesn't entitle you to take ownership of Copyright tho Southwark and I am for one out on that basis alone.
Why do competition organisers make this same old tired mistake again and again. My copyright is my copyright, if you want to reserve rights to re-use or publish images yourselves, fine, make it a condition. But Copyright theft? ffs. What is it with these numpties.....sheesh.

This is a community based competition, there is no attempted 'theft' of anything.

I'm just curious as to why you think its OK to take copyright and ownership of all the entries?

Marcel, I am totally with you. You take the time to enter the competition cause they don't want to pay lots for a pro tog to get some potentially fantastic pics, then they want to steal your copyright !!! If we as togs give up the copyright and hand all rights then thats fine - its your decision and you can deal with the consequences but they could have and probably will earn some serious dough from your hard sought after pics..... Think they should have a re-think.........:nono:

Sounds like no one will be entering this puppy then

Tony
