Facebook and Twitter Buttons Alignment

Hi all,

For those running a website, have you ever noticed that it seems near impossible to get the twitter and facebook like/follow buttons to align properly?
I can't find a website where they've managed to do it correctly. Does anyone know how? They just jump out of position all the time.
