looking forward to it, my money would be on Honda for this race...

I really hope Honda can get it together this time, and Button is driving really well.

Yeah I hope Honda have a good season as well, but I can't honestly see Button getting any wins this year unless the other top 5 or 6 cars have a pile up lol.

Did anyone watch qualifying yesterday? James Allen kept referring to being "in the bubble" and "the drop zone" - wtf? I just wish he'd STFU lol

Schumacher in pole again.... :sleepy:

Can't be bothered with F1 any more. It's got so tedious in recent years - not like the early 1990's with Mansell/Senna/Prost/Alesi/Berger.

Another dropout from F1 here too......give me Touring Cars anyday

Well the first race is done and (very) dusted, and I have to say I really enjoyed it... lots more overtaking, more exciting racing moments, great stuff, roll on next weekend :thumb:

Have to agree with Sonsey watched the first race and for the first time in a few seasons actually enjoyed it.

Hopefully the rule changes will make the sport a little less sterile and more exciting. :thumb:

Yup, enjoyed this race too :)

You could tell at the end Schumacher really wasn't pleased, but you have to put on a show for the crowd, dont you? ;)

marvelous race, much better now that they have got the quali right too, i would urge those who used to watch to watch it again. Excellent run from Raikkanen from the back, and Rosberg too, one to watch.

Touring cars or rally for me! F1 is dullsville, great for that post-roast sunday pm hangover nap though. The drone of the cars is very soporific!

Haven't checked out the new, fancy A-spec type thing yet though. All the cars with the same specs? Now there's an Idea for a proper competititve compelling race.

About time somebody asassinated ecclestone methinks. Or poined out to him that F1 is dead on it tyres. But not until I've pulled hs daughter though. Fit and minted? ;)

Yeah I enjoyed it as well, Raikkonen would have probably won it if he had started near the front but it showed an indication of the potential of this years McLaren I feel.

Enjoyed watching Rosberg as well and I agree that he is one to watch this season.

Shame about Barichello's performance though. Button finished slightly higher than I predicted, but still nowhere near the front runners. He just doesn't have the commitment and the determination to be world champion IMHO.

I still reckon they should put them back on full slicks and scrap all the aerodynamic aids, but this years format is already an improvement on last year - especially concerning qualifying.
