Yes
I am waiting for some glasses as my eyes are pretty poor, both for reading and driving. I have just hear of a thing called eye yoga, I wonder if this is just a fad or is it really a thing?
I wonder if you need to wear your sports clothing, while carrying out this strange exercise?

sounds weird doesn't it? I don't know about yoga but know I do exercise mine several times a day by keeping two photos on the wall by my computer. I'll focus on one then the other without moving my head. I don't wear anything special for it though. no matter how much you ask I ain't putting lycra on for you

I have practiced it a few times especially during the lockdown.
My take on it is it won't correct your vision or even make any difference to your glasses etc.
But its good keep your eyes exercised properly since we spend so much time in front of the screen these days and this certainly helps in achieving that.
Exercising your eyes is not a fad, in fact doctors will advice you do this when you are sat focussing on a screen all day long.

I see a bit like running or other exercises that exercises your muscles. its there for the general upkeep of you body and muscles not really to "fix" anything.

As for clothing it doesn't really matter. you are mostly just sat moving around your eyeballs, focussing on various points etc.

I might look into it a little more, as my eyes do get tired and sting now and again.
