Extereme Film Newbie Question

This is painfully newbie-ish but.....I've just loaded some film into my Olympus Trip 35 - fired off one shot and the film compartment door popped open (I hadn't shut it properly). Is that the film now goosed or am I ok to close the door and continue shooting?

Carry on, the shot you've taken and the two, maybe less, after it will be smoked but the rest of the film is safely in the canister.

Only the film that was outside of the cassette will be affected, if you've only taken one shot so far then you're lucky! Just wind it on a couple frames and carry on with it

Only the film that's emerged from the cassette will be fogged. Just wind on one more and take a photo which will be wasted, then carry on with the rest of the film, which will be OK.

It's the getting used to not looking at the back after a tricky shot that got me for a while. I now do the opposite and don't realise the dslr is at iso 312k or something because I've not looked at the screen.
