Has anyone got a email address for expro? I ordered a battery grip with 4 batteries from them 2 weeks ago now and nothing has turned up!

Not a company I would buy from having done some research

Have placed 4 separate orders with Ex-Pro direct over the last 2 years 2 via Amazon and 2 via their own website, none of them turned up.

Terrible customer service really poor, lesson learned now even if it did take 4 attempts.

You can contact them by telephone best of luck they are awful.

None of the orders turned up, even from Amazon?

You've got an address or post problem then, surely...

Ordered direct the charger and couple of batteries for oly em1 mkii last week, arrived 4 days later.

Have never had a problem with any other supplier. Ex-Pro were a nightmare to deal on one order they said they had camera footage of it leaving them then after 3 weeks admitted that this wasn't true and eventually refunded.

Of the 4 orders none of them ever left their warehouse.

This is quite common with them a while back they even deleted there Facebook business page because of all the bad reviews.

There products are decent but there customer service is awful.

I ordered 2 batteries ( separate orders ) last week via Amazon - one came the next morning and the other after 3 days

Have to say I've never had a problem with export via amazon. First class service. Hope you get sorted though.

I have ordered many batteries and chargers from Expro; either direct from their website or via Amazon / their Ebay shop and all arrived promptly after ordering.
But any company can have the odd glitch and maybe it is just that the battery grip ordered is out of stock, but they just have not let the OP know??
Hope this can be easily resolved.

Just had a look back through my old Amazon orders to see who supplied the last 3 lots of ExPro stuff. The batteries came from Amazon themselves and the charger came from ExpressPro. All arrived as fast as Amazon stuff usually does.

I have ordered batteries a charger and a battery grip at different times from ExPro direct always delivered promptly.

As I paid through PayPal I managed to find a email address, emailed but still no reply, have now opened a case with PayPal. Seems memoryforless is also the same company.

I've ordered from them in 2007, 2014 and 2016 through Amazon and never had a problem.

If you order through Amazon you can also complain to Amazon if things go wrong. Amazon are pretty good in dealing with any issues in my experience.

Most of the items they sell on Amazon are not fulfilled by Amazon so Amazon won't help with any issues.

I don't know what Amazon pay is I assume it amazons credit card. Regardless as I said in my last post Amazon will not help with delivery issues with orders that were not fulfilled by Amazon.

I use Ex-pro via their e-bay shop and I have never had a problem. If I did I would open a dispute and on the odd occasions this has been required - other companies I must add - the resolution has always been successful.

Amazon are a different matter and their resolution process is a bloody horror to the extent that I very rarely use Amazon. I would certainly not use them for anything significant. Free kindle books are my most frequent "purchases.":)

Money has just been refunded through PayPal, no message from them just a refund.
